Accompanying to assist, guide, and care as needed
Companionship keeps patients company while they stay in the comfort of their homes or while they are confined to the hospital for long-term treatment. Our companion caregivers share conversations and prepare meals for the client, as well as accompany them in socializing or moving around. They also provide respite care for family caregivers as necessary.
The services and activities that our companionship program include but are not limited to:
- Meal preparation
- Bed tuck-in assistance
- Assist with clothing selection
- Care for houseplants
- Provide reminders for appointments
- Participate in crafts and hobbies
- Play board games and cards
